In 2023, our company became contracted through the Health and Human Services Commission’s Home and Community-Based Services program.
We provide FREE services to eligible program participants who qualify.
Medicaid home and community-based services provide opportunities for people to receive long-term services and supports in their own home or community, rather than in an institution or isolated setting.
All Recovery Managers that work for our company are social workers.
All clients will receive the best services possible!
